The items in the virtual catalog of the website www.farmas.it can be purchased under the following conditions from the company Farmas S.r.l, Via S.S.Dei Giovi 80, Cermenate (province of Como)

The company reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of a publication error. In this situation, the customer will be promptly notified before shipment for the cancellation or confirmation of the order.
The prices on the Farmas srl website may differ from those physically present in the store.
This site cancels and replaces the previous ones (with reference also to the paper catalogs) as regards the items illustrated here and the prices shown. Illustrations and technical characteristics refer to the products supplied to us at the time of publication. Continuous technical evolution can lead to changes in products.
Farmas S.r.l will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that the Customer may suffer in relation to the use of the products purchased, including damage resulting from loss of data or delivery delays, or causes of force majeure. The product may be subject to maintenance and repairs within the warranty period. In this case, Farmas S.r.l may also, at its sole discretion, replace the product with another model with similar or superior technical characteristics. Beyond the warranty period, maintenance, repair and replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
The purchase of what is requested will be perfected through the following phrases:
- By sending the order, the customer sends Farmas S.r.l a purchase proposal for the selected product or products. Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Farmas S.r.l, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.
- Farmas S.r.l reserves the right not to accept the purchase proposal of those customers who previously without any reason refused to collect their order, causing us additional expenses.
- Farmas S.r.l will immediately verify the actual availability of the requested goods. Since the quantities change in real time, Farmas S.r.l does not guarantee the presence in the warehouse of the ordered goods. In this case, Farmas S.r.l will promptly contact the supplier and undertake to forward the order. At the same time it will inform the customer, communicating the estimated time of availability of the product.
- If the product is not available on the scheduled date, Farmas S.r.l will contact the customer again. If it is not possible to agree on a new term, based on the availability times estimated by the supplier, the customer is entitled to cancel the order sent to Farmas S.r.l.
- The order is processed when all the required products are available. At the request of the customer, it is also possible to make partial shipments. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the costs of each shipment.
- Once the order has been processed, Farmas S.r.l will deliver what is requested to the courier, who will deliver the order to the address indicated by the customer.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
You can make purchases by bank transfer, a particularly convenient and safe method if you have a current account that can be used through your bank’s home banking.

As soon as the transfer has been made, a copy of the receipt containing the CRO number must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com or to the whatsapp number 0039-391 7005119. Farmas S.r.l will await accreditation before proceeding to process the order.
If you wish, you can also pay in cash (CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED), directly upon delivery of the goods. For this service, the courier charges us an additional cost, therefore we are forced to request a contribution to the costs of 5€.
4. CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT
The shipment of the goods is done by courier, with a charge of shipping costs.
Our couriers are able to deliver throughout Italy (including the islands) within 48/72 working hours, without differentiation or additional costs.
The cost of transport is Euro 9.00
For international shipments, the costs vary according to: destination, weight and volume. We invite you to write to us for a quote.
NB: The choice of cash on delivery payment method involves the fixed charge, regardless of the purchase amount, of an additional contribution of 5 euros.
IMPORTANT! Delivery takes place throughout the day, during office hours. It is not possible to agree on a precise time with the courier. If it is impossible to receive the order at home, please indicate an alternative address (neighbor, concierge, shop, workplace, relative, friend) where to make the delivery. The name of the person or company must correspond exactly to what is written on the intercom.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Upon acceptance by the courier, Farmas S.r.l will undertake to send a confirmation email to the customer.
Check the goods when they are delivered.
Upon delivery of the material by the courier, check that:
- The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document.
- The packaging is intact, not damaged or altered.
- The mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as the loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier.
- Check the package carefully upon receipt. In the event that the packaging has any anomalies, the latter must be reported immediately on the courier’s bulletin indicating: goods control reserve and describe the external damage.
- Return or replacement of products in the event of an error by Farmas srl. We will accept the return or replacement of any item in the event that Farmas srl has shipped a product other than the one ordered. It will be possible to replace the item and request compensation for the cost of the product.
The return or replacement procedure must take place within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, and the product to be returned or replaced must be in perfect condition, intact, functioning, resalable and returned in its original packaging.
Farmas srl will send a courier at its own expense to collect the goods and ship the replacement products within 3 working days (in the case of immediate availability of the product) or within 15 working days (in the case of immediate non-availability of the product).
In the event that the item is no longer available, you will be contacted by our Customer Secretariat who will insert a credit in the personal card corresponding to the value of the goods paid, which can be used for the next order. Or, alternatively, Farmas srl will pay the amount by bank transfer to your current account.
6. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The customer has the option to cancel an order. To communicate it, you must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 031/778920
The right to cancel the order is precluded to the customer in the event that the goods are being delivered, or in the event that the goods have been expressly ordered by Farmas S.r.l from its supplier.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Legislative Decree n ° 185 of 22/05/99, if you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receipt of the same and be reimbursed by Farmas srl for the full value. of the returned goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must write an email to email@example.com or send a registered letter with return receipt to Farmas srl – Via S.S.Dei Giovi 80 – 22072 Cermenate (Co) or call our number 031778920 always indicating:
- Willingness to make use of the right of withdrawal in the manner described above
- Client’s name
- Reference order number and name of the product / s to be refunded
- Customer’s bank details (bank, Iban, Abi, Cab, current account, header)
Farmas srl will refund by bank transfer within 30 working days of receipt of the goods.
To be entitled to a refund, the goods must be returned intact in all their parts and unused, inserted in their original wrapping, packaged and sent at their own expense to the address: Farmas Srl – Via S.S.Dei Giovi 80 – 22072 Cermenate (Co)
It is understood that Farmas srl will not proceed with the refund until the returned goods can be checked.
The transport costs relating to the return / replacement of the product for the right of withdrawal are charged to the customer.
Some products, called customized and / or ordered specifically for the customer, do not allow you to benefit from the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005 art.55).
